At ASL we carry out a range of valuations for private and corporate clients. These include all types of residential and commercial property for lending/leasing purposes, balance sheet or strategic planning. It is our mission to become one of the premier accepted and recognised valuators to many of the clearing banks and financial institutions both locally and internationally. We are capable of providing the following levels of service to private clients and mortgage/financial intermediaries:

Private Client Product Range
  • We can provide a choice of services for homeowners, first time buyers and property investors.
  • Our range of services enables you to choose a level of service suited to your needs and budget.
  • All our services are designed to provide you with clear and easily understandable reports.

Stage 1 – ASL’s Valuation is a clear, concise Valuation Report. This report is ideal if you are buying a property with or without a mortgage, or if you require advice on residential properties for any purpose. This brief report gives you valuation advice and highlights anything we think you should check with your conveyancer. Please note that this is not a survey.

Stage 2 – ASL’s Property Check is a survey and valuation outlining the condition on the day of inspection. The report is set out in easy to understand sections covering information about the property, condition, matters for your conveyancer and a valuation. The report utilizes repair categories to highlight the urgency of repairs.

Stage 3 – ASL’s Building Survey is a detailed survey inspection and report. The report is divided into sections covering property information, condition advice using repair categories and repair cost banding, future maintenance and condition issues, and valuation advice.

Mortgage Intermediary Product Range
  • ASL provides a choice of services for homeowners, first time buyers, property
    investors, lenders, mortgage and financial institutions.
  • Our range of services enables you to choose a level of service suited to
    your needs and budget.
  • All our services are designed to provide customers with clear and easily
    understandable reports.

ASL External Appraisal: This is a low cost product designed for business customers involving a residential property appraisal from an external view. You will get an approximate value to help you with low loan to value loan assessments, audits and other tailor made uses.

ASL Pre-Purchase Appraisal: This is designed for Brokers, Investment Clubs and Intermediaries providing an appraisal of units within a new development. This involves the assessment of plans and other information usually without a site visit. You will get approximate capital and rental valuation advice to assist you with volume purchase and investment decisions.

ASL Part Exchange Valuation: This is a clear and concise report for Builders and Developers. Based on a Stage 1 Valuation inspection, the ASL’s Part Exchange Valuation provides advice to assist with acquisition and disposal decisions.

All our testing procedures employ appropriate international standards including ASTM, AASHTO and British Standards, and are conducted with specialized, sophisticated and modern equipment.
