 We provide cost effective Quantity, Building & Valuation Surveying services for all
sizes of New Build or Refurbishment Projects, for both Clients and Contractors. We have undertaken projects from the value of
$500,000, 000.00 to $500,000.00 from both the public and private sectors. From traditional procurement or Design and Build through
to builders quantities, we can tailor our skills to your requirements. Additionally, our team has experience with all popular
current contract forms including FIDIC, JCT and World Bank. As Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we offer the following services to

Ensuring that the design matches the client’s budgets by providing budget costing from initial design sketches and feedback information to the Architects/Engineers so that final designs are within the client’s budget. |

CLIENT’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE |
| |
(1) |
Verifying all payment requisitions, claims and the like from the Consultant/Contractor. Ensuring that payment certificates are issued on time, confirming the value of the works done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. |

(2) |
Prepare and submit to the Client (for review and approval/rejection prior to construction), justification for any Contract Variation Order which may have the effect of :
- Increasing the cost of the contract
- Substantially changing the scope of the works.

(3) |
Submit monthly (or as otherwise required) reports to the Client and highlight trends which may indicate any variation (+/-) from the established budget providing justification for any increases determined and any deviations from the budget with recommendations for corrective action to remedy any potential costs or time overrun. |

(4) |
In the event of Contractor Delays resulting in slip: promptly notify the Consultant/Contractor ‘slippage’ in the delivery schedule beyond the construction period as per contract, plus any time extensions to be granted. Accordingly, ensure that the Consultant promptly notifies the Contractor of the quantum of Accumulated Liquidated Damages and the date from which this is to be effected. All subsequent payment certificates must address the necessary deduction of liquidated damages in arriving at this quantum of payment due to the Contractor. |
